The rest of the staff, triage, clinician & nurse were WONDERFUL! Very kind & professional.

The receptionist is the first impression. She seemed a bit uncaring & cold. Not friendly at all, but what really pissed me off was when she asked me what pharmacy I used. I stated I would like a handwritten prescription. Explained I was from out of state & I would have my friend pick it up. She huffed at me but didn’t say anything. After I was seen, the nurse told me my prescription had been called in to Walmart. What?? Why? On my way out I was sure to tell the receptionist my thoughts. I kept it clean but to the point.
