They have always been very nice and professional, the techs had to come out to my house one time and didn't charge me.
I installed a New gas HVAC unit on my house. It lowered my electric bill dramatically. Very well worth the money.
When i called to ask about having my gas turned on the lady on the phone was super nice and answered all my questions n encouraged me to ask more if i had to when the technicians came out. I did ask more questions to make sure i understood everything. They were so nice n understanding n went out of thier way to show me step by step everything i needed to know. Even made suggestions as to how to keep everything running smoothly. Also told me they would b glad to answer anything else I needed to know in the future. And tld me they offered annual checks/maintenance on the systems. Thanks y'all.
First of all $175 for the techs to undo a lock on gas and then the first months bill never comes in. I wait and wait for a bill and it doesn't come. Then I get a call saying my gas is getting shut off in 2 days. I call to see what happened and they told me the whole area had a problem getting the bill. They still gave me a late fee even though I had not received a bill or notice until they were about to shut off my gas. They blamed it on the mail company for their mistake. I just started with this company and I am already over them.
Just called to get the hook up price for gas logs . The only thing in the house on gas is the logs. They told me it would be $175 to hook up! Little bit ridiculous to just have a $10 or $20 bill each month! I could understand and justify it if the whole house ran on gas. But not just for logs! #moneyhungry
