First experience with a vet, really didn't know what to expect. Really nice and helpful staff. Good with my little min-pins!
Could not ask for more caring, knowledgeable vets, techs, and office staff. They all work so hard to keep animals healthy and the "parents" informed. Wonderful people!
Loved how they took special care of my teacup poodle who broke her foot late yesterday. They saw us quickly l, we weren't established clients but they treated us like we were. The staff took extra care of Belle and even gave her pain meds before treatment. I'll definitely be returning for her teeth cleaning as soon as her foot heals.
VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. SEVERAL EMPLOYEES RUDE. WE HAD OUR CAT NEUTERED AND DECLAWED, WHEN I PICKED HER UP THE NEXT DAY SHE WAS "FILTHY" AND COVERED IN HER OWN FECES AND URINE. THEY DID NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO CLEAN HER UP. VERY DISAPPOINTED. WILL NOT GO BACK.
Although the reason I visited was a sad and ultimately very painful one, the staff were BEYOND awesome and VERY kind in my time of pain. (My dog got sick and died. Back in September.)
